The Hampshire Generational Fund Acquires Industrial Property in Berlin, Conn.
Berlin, Conn. (PRWEB) September 16, 2007 -- The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has acquired a 22,130 square-foot industrial facility located at 81 Fuller Way in Berlin, Conn. The acquisition was made on behalf of The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm's private equity real estate investment funds tailored to high net worth investors.
The property is conveniently located in central Connecticut, approximately 15 miles southwest of Hartford, and offers easy access to Routes 9, 15, 5, and Interstate 91. The property is fully leased to Space Electronics LLC, a leading manufacturer of high precision scientific instruments used to test satellites, rockets, weapons, and jet engines.
