Embassy Suites Hotels Expands Portfolio in Southern California With Property in Santa Clarita Valley

The hotel opened in Valencia, California is owned by Grand Prix Floating Lessee LLC/Innkeepers USA and managed by Island Hospitality, marking the first Embassy Suites in the company's portfolio.

Camco Pacific served as the contractor for the hotel, and blended features of the Embassy Suites upscale hotel brand's new prototype design, specifically the hotel's double-loaded corridors and side-by-side suite design. In addition to the spacious two-room suites, complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, evening manager's reception and lush atrium, characteristic of all Embassy Suites Hotels (http://www.embassysuites.com/ ) properties, the Embassy Suites Valencia (http://www.valencia.embassysuites.com/ ) will offer guests an outdoor pool, spa and The Grove, a full service restaurant. The hotel features other guest amenities consistent with all Embassy Suites Hotels, including: two 37 inch flat-screen televisions, two dual-line phones, high-speed internet access, a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, and an iron and ironing board.
