Capland Property Group Appoints CB Richard Ellis as Exclusive Sales Agent in relation to Capland Centre, Qingdao
Hong Kong (PRWEB) March 27, 2008 -- The Capland Property Group has announced that it has launched sales within the Capland Centre, a high quality mixed use project in Qingdao, and that it has appointed CB Richard Ellis as the exclusive sales agent in relation to the residential component of the project.
On the day that the project was launched, a contract was also signed between the Capland Property Group and the China Environmental Protection Foundation, stipulating that a donation will be made to the foundation upon the sale of each square metre within the development.
