North Puget Sound Welcomes Businesses to Property Showcase

Ferndale, WA (PRWEB) May 10, 2008 -- The Ferndale Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its first annual Commercial Real Estate Showcase. The showcase will be Thursday, May 29th, 2008, beginning at 9AM and ending at 3PM. The showcase will be for anyone looking to relocate or expand a business into north Whatcom County. This event is designed to benefit any Puget Sound business interested in expanding into the Ferndale area to capitalize on the multitude of local amenities and lower BC market.

The Showcase will feature a variety of available retail, office, industrial, & land development opportunities of all sizes in and around the City of Ferndale, which is conveniently located just 15 miles south of the Peace Arch border crossing & 8 miles north of Bellingham, with excellent proximity to the interstate, an International Airport, rail/cargo tracks, & cargo/ship facilities. The event will include a self-guided tour of more than 20 properties, a free lunch for the first 150 attendees, and city planners on site to answer questions.

The showcase will begin at the City Hall Annex front lawn at 5694 2nd Ave, Ferndale, WA 98248, just off I-5 exit 262. All visitors will be given showcase information on the featured properties, maps, lunch tickets, and other goodies.

The mission of the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce is to improve the image of the business community in Ferndale, Washington; to increase pride in the community and to enhance and support quality economic growth. It shall also be to encourage open communication among citizenry, and to celebrate diversity of all within the community and to develop programs to accomplish these ideals.
