Half of the first month’s rental income subject to a minimum of £900 plus VAT.

  • Agreement of rent and finding a suitable tenant in accordance with the landlord’s guidelines
  • Professional photos taken and marketing on relevant portals
  • Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
  • Interview prospective tenants and full referencing
  • Collection of first month’s rent and deposit
  • Arrangement of inventory/check-in
  • Preparation and signing of contracts

Fully Managed

12% of the monthly rental income (dependent on number and size of properties) and half of the first month’s rent subject to a minimum of £420 plus VAT.

Includes all of the above plus:

  • Quarterly inspections
  • Monthly rent collection
  • Meter readings taken and utility companies notified
  • Use of our dedicated maintenance team and contractors

Additional Fees

  • Tenancy renewal £100.00 plus VAT
  • Deposit protection £40.00 plus VAT
  • Issuing notice of seeking possession £75.00 plus VAT
