12% of the monthly rental income (dependent on number and size of properties) and half of the first month’s rent subject to a minimum of £420.00 inc VAT

Includes all of the above plus:

  • Quarterly inspections
  • Monthly rent collection
  • Meter readings taken and utility companies notified
  • Use of our dedicated maintenance team and contractors
